How to register
Direct payment with 5% discount
If you pay with UnionPay, WeChat Pay or Alipay, you will get a 5% discount directly applied to your account.
*The 5% discount coupon cannot be used for payments made with UnionPay, WeChat Pay, or Alipay.
Terms of Use
*Items under 1,000 yen (excluding tax), sale items, lucky bags, gift certificates, groceries, restaurants and Cafe, and some products and brands are not eligible for discounts. (For more information, please ask the store staff.) ）

Overseas Customer VIP Club
The Overseas Customer VIP Club is limited to individuals who have purchased a total of 1 million yen or more in tax-free products (excluding tax) in a year.

2. Gold card holders will receive a 10% discount on products (customers who purchase products of 5 million yen (excluding tax) or more will be upgraded to a gold card member)

Tax Refund
Foreign tourists staying in Japan for less than six months do not need to pay consumption tax.
Please check the applicable products and tax refund conditions, and take the applicable products to the tax refund counter to receive your tax refund.
A fee of 1.55% of the tax-excluded price of the taxable item you are applying for will be charged (if the item is returned, the tax refund fee will not be refunded).

Qualification
1. Non-resident foreigners who have a "Temporary Visitor", "Diplomatic", or "Official" visa and have stayed in Japan for less than six months (proxy applications not accepted)
2. Non-resident Japanese nationals who can provide documented proof that they have been residing outside Japan for more than two consecutive years (proxy applications not accepted)

Application Procedure
Step1
Purchasers must bring eligible purchases to the tax refund counter on the same day they are purchased.
Step2
The following four items are required.
1. Purchases
2. Passport (original only, entry stamp required)
*Diplomats need a tax exemption card
*Crew members must have a crew landing permit.
*Non-resident Japanese nationals must provide proof that they have lived outside of Japan for at least two years (a copy of a residence certificate or family register).
3. Receipts (handwritten receipts are not acceptable)
4. Eligible cards (if purchased with a credit card, etc.)
*Corporate credit cards are not accepted.
Step3
Consumption tax will be refunded minus the service charge (1.55%).
Step4
When leaving Japan, be sure to present your purchased items and your passport to customs.
